Airport Shuttle Service*

The Ayres Hotel Laguna Woods provides complimentary van service to and from John Wayne Airport,
with a van reservation required at least 24 hours in advance.
We suggest you make your van reservation as far in advance as possible, as we confirm this service on a first come, first served basis. Hours of van operation are 7:30am-9:30pm and are based on availability.
Once you land at John Wayne Airport, please call the hotel at 800-594-8412,
and at that time, we will dispatch our van for your pick up.
Due to changes in flights, delays and cancellations, as well as airport security guidelines,
we cannot dispatch until a passenger calls for pick up.

*Please allow 30-45 minutes (approx) for the Ayres Van to arrive ... or consider arranging other transportation.
